Operating System Version:Win98SE
Problem Application Name & Version:Outlook 2000
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:Internet Explorer cannont open the Internet site file://C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\...htm. The system cannot find the file specified.

I just reinstall Win98SE and Microsoft Office 2000 on my computer from the scratch. After that I restored the .pst file which content an e-mail which containt HTML.

When I tried to print the e-mail, the error message appeared like this: "Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site file://C:WINDOWS\TEMP\...htm. The system cannot find the file specified."

And when I click the OK button, the printing is only a half of the header of the e-mail.

I'm looking the *.htm file on c:\windows\temp folder and the *.htm file is 0 byte.

I've already looking for this problem in this site, and I found the topic (posted July 4, 2002). But the problem was on the Internet Explorer, and when I tried to download the file, the message appear something like "wrong password or download file error".

Can somebody help for this problem.
