Hi sbinici,
Let's try some initial cleaning
Download to desktop LSP fix
Disconnect from the Internet
Close all other programs and run it.
Check "I Know What I'm Doing".
In the list on the left hand side, select lspak.dll
(and nothing else)
Click the right pointing arrows to move lspak.dll into the remove list.
Click "Finish", then OK.

RESTART your computer into SAFE MODE

Find and delete this file
c:\windows\system\lspak.dll <--this file

Open your Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
End task on these if still running
SYNCROAD.EXE
WTOOLSA.EXE
WSUP.EXE

Access your Add/Remove Programs via Control Panel and Uninstall if found
WINDOWS SYNCROAD
WINTOOLS

RESTART back in Normal Mode
Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware
After installation-CHECK FOR UPDATES
Do a Full system scan----Remove All Critical objects
RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

Download and Install Spybot S&D 1.3
After installation--SEARCH FOR UPDATES
Check for Problems---FIX everything in RED
RESTART one more time to finish Cleaning

Your hijackthis log is out of date
Can you download the latest version from HERE

Post back with a Fresh hijackthis log from hijackthis 1.98.2

I was very happy to see you quick response to my problem but unfortunately it didn't work. After I did what you said step by step and restarted my computer I had no internet connection and I had to do a full system restore which I didn't want to do at all...
thank you

Sorry about that, I don't understand what went wrong, I should of asked for the updated hijackthis log first.. Undecided
There may have been another Winsock hijacker
Lsp fix should of worked to remove lspak
This is what caused the loss of connection. But something else was interfering, thanks for posting back
