Hi there...
The first thing to do is download and run LSPFix from my list.
....Check 'I know what I'm doing'.
Select  'osmim.dll'
Click the right-pointing arrow.
Click 'Finished'.
Restart your computer.
Delete the following file: C:/Windows/System32\'osmim.dll'

Then.......
Close your browser window, run hjt in safe mode... How To Run Safemode  and fix the items listed.Uninstall any folders that I have highlighted  likewise, remove the files from your hard drive as well as removing all  the items from the log.   Make sure to have your system set to show hidden files and folders... Some folders maybe uninstalled via the Add/Remove program. How To Show Files while still in safe mode, run "CWshreader"..Please post a new log when finished....Please ask if you require further assistance.
