Hi Alok, you should do an Online Virus scan to be safe at Housecall's
Set it to Autoclean
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

and/or do one here too
Panda's
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm

Afterwards you may want to post a Hijackthis log in the Security and Viruses forum, you may have other problems

Have you ran any spyware removers on your computer, if you don't have the latest free version of Ad-Aware
Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.05
After installation-CHECK FOR UPDATES
Do a Full system scan----Remove All Critical objects
RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

Not wanting to flag down our wise moderator, but a crashing svchost.exe can have multiple causes. As the thing said, a log is created. You can find this in the Windows Event Log, under Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. It's then most probably in the Syste Log or Application Log. It depends what DLL crashed that was loaded in the svchost.exe at the time.
