Hi I'm running Windows Me (for my sins) and my computer has suddenly started coming up with a message when I start it up which says "could not find primary hard disk 1" press f1 to continue or f2 to enter set up - I am a complete technophobe where set up things are concerned and always his f1 and the computer seems to load fine.  does anyone have any sugestions - apart from bin the thing?

Could you go through the Set Up option (F2), make sure your harddrive is detected okay in the BIOS and save the settings on exit?
