PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:




I'm trying to download some software, but when i click on the link nothing appears apart from a small square symbol with a coloured square, circle and triangle in it, in the top left of the screen.
when i click for properties on the link it is a FTP and type:application....

however if i try it on my girlfriends computer it runs fine, as in i get a download box with the option to open or save etc.

I dont even get this..
what do i need to run this.
please help me...

What's your Operating System? WinME? Win98? WinXP?
And what Browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Netscape? Firefox?
