Hi Anybody help!!
How do I setup and configured the network adapter to connect to the
internet in dial up. Here's the model of my adapter
                     (3com etherlink III ISA (3C509b-TPO) in PnP Mode)
Can I use a telephone? as modem?

Well no, you cannot use the Ethernet card as a modem. Your Ethernet card is a network (LAN = Large Area Network)) card. It doesn't have any chips on it that will allow you to dial in as a modem does.

You can dial-in with it on an ADSL modem, though. But even then, the actual ADSL modem (external) will make the contact, through a splitter, via your phoneline to the server out there.

So let me ask you, what did you get and where is your manual?
