I take it that you never heard of anti virus protection. Or anything. Well, what can you do? Go stand on your baclony/porch and scream out loud at the world.

Then when you're done and feeling relatively better, come back inside and tell us your specs please. Your computer specs, your OS, what kind of disc you put in etc. etc.

Although a reformat won't do any bad things at this point. Reformat & reinstall Windows, reinstall all your Service packs & protection, add a firewall and anti virus program, start learning to make regular backups and never put a disc in your computer again before you've done all of that.
