Please I need help! The problem I am having is when I use my dial-up connection to get on the internet, I type in my password and email, and I press connect it then comes up with a message

Hey fishing...
Can you hear your Modem dialing out?
Is your PC updated.. http://download.windowsupdate.com/
Are the drivers for your Modem installed correctly and uptodate?
Give us alittle more info..EG: Operating System,Browser,Modem make and model number.
We'll be able to help you better...Wink

Go into DEVICE MANAGER and see if there are any yellow Exclamation Marks in there.
Try updating the drivers for the Modem.

Choose the one for your OS.

nope, there is no exlamation marks? i can't get on the internet to download or visit anything?

Make sure your Connection Settings are correct in your Dial-up Properties.
Delete the Password and re-type it.
What Operating System are you using?
