PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:

IE
Service Pack 2

This is from Microsoft, but I cannot find a hot fix.  How do I get it?

Thank you for responding.

I would think that it was included in Service Pack 2.  I only found that one reference to the problem, and I am still having it, so I am not sure what is going on.
 
I should have mentioned that I have been trying different things like I turned off all of my security, deleted all of my history etc., and it still won't work.
