PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:XP
Problem Application Name & Version:PCDoc.setup.exe
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:
"Error in licensing protection software.  Error code -102
Network:Network driver appears to not be serving this directory"

"Error code -104  INIT_CRYKEY NOT CALLED SUCCESSFULLY"

I'm trying to use a program I purchased from "PC MightyMax".  It's a lease system, only good for 30 days.  I have purchased this before when I was using WIN 98SE and IE and now that has expired.  However, now I'm using XP, and Netscape.  When I do a new download from the website, this is the error message I get:
"The file PCDOC.Setup.exe is of type application/octet-system (application) and Netscape does not know how to handle this file type."

What should I do?  Their website has no tech help.

Thanks........Jill
