I have Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware SE and CWShredder. Also NIS - Norton Internet security 2005 and Registry First Aid. None of these seem to clear my problems.

I am not technical in the slightest part.

My problem is that on my internet explorer a silver search bar appears and despite my efforts to get rid of it (even from reading logs on these forums) I cannot. The search bar contains a series of 'links' all hyperlinks to 'search the web', although the address varies - at present 'http://srch.lop.com/search/search.cgi?affid=66&s=forum&src=toolbar3' The writing on the links changes depending on the websites I have recently visited, for instance at present, one says 'forum' another 'http' another 'messenger'. The bar also contains a 'search engine' although I have never tried it and never wish to.

Another problem that I have is a large blue 'tab' appears at the bottom of my screen when I enter internet explorer, although it is possible to close it (using the cross as one would close a normal window), it always comes up and is extremely annoying. It also has a set of links such 'make money' and 'music' and casino' as linking to 'search the web'as above.
As a result of these, from time to time I also find that my desktop has been overcome with shortcuts (you guessed! to seach the web) labeled 'make money' etc.

Any help would be greatly received as these two toolbars take up a lot of my view in the explorer.,
