PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP Home Edition SP 2
Problem Application Name & Version: Outlook Express 6
Problem Hardware Make & Model: Compaq Presario S 4020
Error Messages: "The selected message could not be moved. There is not enough memory"


I have a couple of messages with attachments in my Inbox and Sent Items folder which I can't seem to delete. One is 4,752KB the other 16,804KB. I have 368MB RAM. Any ideas?

Well your RAM is for actualy running resources and your Hardrive is where the these files would reside in.
Go into SAFE MODE and try and delete them.
