PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: win 98
Problem Application Name & Version: IE 5.5
Problem Hardware Make & Model: standard 56k modem
Error Messages: line is busy

My PC was hijacked by the about:blank hyjacker. I used spyware, spybot, ad-aware and CCWshredder and I think I removed it successfully. However when trying to connect to the internet I always get the message "line is busy" or "modem is in use by another application". I've tried removing the modem and re adding it but to no avail. I've tried reinstalling IE5.5. Also tried installing Netscape, it doesn't work either. It seems like on booting up something runs which engages the modem ? I noticed in the win.ini file that run=HPFSCHED. Is this anything to do with it. Also at the bottom of the win.ini file is the lines:
[programs]
ISIGNUP.EXE="C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\SIGNUP\ISIGNUP.EXE"

Anyway here's my hyjackthis output:
