PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

This computor has been running extremely slow lately. I know it is not the newest of models, but is there not something that could be done to speed it up. I,m not talking about more memory, etc. The computor only gets used to write reports and for printing. It sometimes take five minutes to sent a document to a printer. Can some one please help. Here is my HJT log if it may help. We never had these problems before.Could there posibly be a virus? We run AVG everyday and keep it updated.

Go to TrendMicro's HouseCalls

Run the online scan..let us know if it found anything!

Run HJT again and post back with a fresh Logfile
