Operating System Version: xp sp2
Problem Application Name & Version: xp os
Problem Hardware Make & Model: hp pavillion

I have a few questions that I can't seem to answer.  First I installed SP2 and noticed a change to the shutdown menu.  I was wondering if there is a way to change the shutdown menu from this:

to this: (this used to be the version that I saw)

Second question is that the ctrl+alt+del not gives a windows security menu rather then the task manager that was presnt before.  Is there any way to fix this so that just the task manager is visable?

Thank you!

First I can't help you with, but the second thing: Rightclick with your mouse on the taskbar, choose task manager. Might be an easier path to follow.
