Hi,

I'm having a huge problem with my computer.  I've run AVG virus scan and have everything up to date, and have all the windows updates.  My problem seems to have started only after I installed SP2 for windows xp, though it may have been going on before that (can't remember for sure).  Well anyway, as soon as I play a game with any sort of graphical intensity, my computer will freeze and shut down.  I have no idea what good MB and Proccesor temperatures are, but I can check them in my BIOS.  I'm thinking its just a video card overheat but I have the case open now with a desk fan blowing on high into the side and it still does this time and time again.  Any suggestions?

Have you searched for an update driver for your video card?
Your problem does seem to be overheating, you may want to try another video card also.
