The version of HJT that you have is outdated.
Delete it and download Hijackthis
---Important---Create a permanent folder
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
Download from here
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

Post back with the newer Logfile.

Please download LSP Fix

Then use these instructions to remove the bad DLL:

1. Run LSPFix.
2. Check 'I know what I'm doing'.
3. Select aklsp.dll
4. Click the right-pointing arrow (moves it to the "remove" page).
5. Click 'Finished'.
6. Restart your computer in "Safe Mode" (F5 or F8 when starting Windows).
7. Delete the following file: c:\windows\system\aklsp.dll
8. Restart your computer and bring it up in normal mode.

Your hijack this is outdated. Please download the newest version
From Here

Make sure you unzip hijack this to its own folder such as C:\Program files as this is where the backups will be created.Run Hijack this but do NOT fix anything.Click save log and a log will open in notepad.Copy and paste your log here.

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = webmoron.foo
O17 - HKLM\Software\..\Telephony: DomainName = webmoron.foo
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = webmoron.foo
O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = webmoron.foo

Are you sure about those? I always have these and no one's ever told me to delete them before. webmoron.foo is my domain.
