Hi there everyone.

I'm having a problem running eather diskeeper software or the disk defragmenter program that comes with windows xp pro.. see when I go and run any of these software it says "This version of disk defragmenter dos not support running more then one instance." what does this mean and how do I fix this problem.. can anyone pls help me out?

Have you tired using these utilities while in Safe Mode?
Diskeeper is a defragmenter program in itself, it may just need reinstalled.
Do you have a trial version of Diskeeper or the complete program?
Keep in mind that you need to have at least fifteen percent free space on your hard drive for Defrag to run properly, otherwise it will only partially defragment your hard drive.

diskeeper is a full vesion and It turns out that I needed to do is reinstall the software..
