I am on windows xp, i think somebody is watching every page i visit on the net, how can i check if somebody is tapping into my computer??? how can i stop it???

Hi b224eva...
You could download Hijackthis
---Important---Create a permanent folder
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
Download from here
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
in a NEW Thread in the Security & Viruses... Don't try and fix anything yet----most entries are harmless and needed.

thanx 4 ur help i think i fixed the prob. i now have zone alarm and have removed a hook after using hijak this.

can you tell me how to remove win nt 2000 from my pc i installed xp over it but it remains on my pc. all the files i need are now on xp. when i boot up i am asked weather i would like to log on to nt or xp. how can i stop that?Huh?
