Please Help,

I switched on my computer only to find a blank screen. I restarted it

Hi Greenjohn
Do you have a video card installed or is it onboard video?
When you start the computer in Safe mode, only the specific components that are needed to run the operating system are loaded. Safe mode also loads a standard video driver at a low resolution.
I'm suspecting something with your video drivers and/or card.
