Hi Havok ...
The version of HJT that you have is Outdated...

Please download Hijackthis Version 1.98.2
---Important---Create a permanent folder
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.

Download from here
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
here... Don't try and fix anything yet----most entries are harmless and needed.

Set Windows to show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

Now...

Download LSPFix using the link in my Signature below...

Dowload the file to your Desktop...
Close all windows and run it

In the Left column find  espfspi.dll..highlight it

click the Right Arrow and move to the REMOVE Column

click finish...

Re-run HJT and post a fresh logfile.

Fixing this file .. espfspi.dll .. has nothing to do with your Internet Connection.

If you already have AdAware and SpyBot on your PC I would run them both and Reboot,then check your connection again.

Also Run HJT again ...

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

nvs3dv2.exe
kalvbdc32.exe

Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = 127.0.0.1

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {28CAEFF3-0F18-4036-B504-51D73BD81ABC} - C:\WINNT\EliteToolBar\EliteToolBar version 58.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0\bin\jusched.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [kalvsys] C:\winnt\system32\kalvbdc32.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [HB74RXcnV] nvs3dv2.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
O8 - Extra context menu item: Download with GetRight - C:\Program Files\GetRight\GRdownload.htm
O8 - Extra context menu item: Open with GetRight Browser - C:\Program Files\GetRight\GRbrowse.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console (HKLM)

O16 - DPF: {03F998B2-0E00-11D3-A498-00104B6EB52E} (MetaStreamCtl Class) - https://components.viewpoint.com/MTSInstallers/MetaStream3.cab?url=http://aolexpressions.aol.com/testdrive.adp?clientId=2&expTypeId=1&catId=43&langCode=&subcatId=998&tm=968&expId=4992

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the
 following if they are there:

EliteToolBar
GetRight

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\WINNT\system32\nvs3dv2.exe
C:\WINNT\EliteToolBar\EliteToolBar version 58.dll
C:\winnt\system32\kalvbdc32.exe
C:\Program Files\GetRight\GRbrowse.htm

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and Reboot.

Before opening your browser goto TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS and make sure your Homepage is correct,if not ,type the URL you would like in the HomePage box.

Now re-run HJT and post a new logfile back here.

Espfspi.dll

EnigmaFireWall, made by the same company that makes SpyHunter, a spyware removal program that uses questionable/misleading business practices.
