PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:XP home
Problem Application Name & Version:XP PRO
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:


Ok, so i got the new windows xp pro cd from walmart, and i was wondering before i install, can i keep all my files on my hard drive while installing, i want to just install an upgraded os, not a fresh start...

Windows XP will give you the OPTION to keep ALL your Files/Folders and settings as well...just follow the prompts,an easy job... Grin
