MY PROBLEM: How to transfer data from a Desktop PC to a Portable PC
Hi! I have an old (1998) desktop PC runing Windows 98. Now I will buy an up to date laptop PC runing Windows XP. But, how can I move the date from the old Harddisc to my new PC? Thank you in advance, Ambj

Hello amren
Well if you don't have a cd-rw in the desktop to burn your info on  you may need to slave the hard drive to transfer your data.
You can use a 2.5"-3.5" HDD Adapter Kit to set them up. Put the laptop hdd as slave to the desktop and drag your info over.

HDD-ADAPTER 2.5 to 3.5 harddrive adapter
