i have ATI RADEON X300 SE and its hooked up 2 the tv,but now how do i play videos that i have on my pc on my tv?

Preferably with great difficulty, as you don't give us much information. Nothing on the OS, nothing on the drivers used, nothing on the TV, how you connect to it etc.

All I can say, is if you have a Windows OS and DirectX9.0b installed, that you may need an upgrade on DX9b from http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825116
