I have inserted an empty floppy disk, right clicked, then format and checkd to create a boot disk, then start.

When I went to check what was on the floppy I've found these files:

DISLPLAY.SYS
EGA2.CPI
EGA3.CPI
EGA.CPI
KEYB.COM
KEYBOARD.SYS
KEYBRD2.SYS
KEYBRD3.SYS
KEYBRD4.SYS
MODE.COM

I thought there should be these files: IO.SYS, MSDOS.SYS and COMMAND.COM !!!

I need this disk to upgrade the system BIOS + I need to add 2 files.

http://ephemeral-designs.com/downloads/boot98se.exe

Download and save it on your desktop. Doubleclick the file. Let it run the image file onto the floppy. Done.

yes, as all you need is MSDOS to boot the BIOS with. As long as you have the BIOS flash file and the BIOS flasher on another floppy, you can change them when you booted up with the Win98SE bootfloppy.

If you know how to traverse through DOS commands, that is...
