PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Windows XP
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



???Now I do not Know What happened,now my cd-rom drive(Drive E) has a problem.Each time I insert a cd,and i check Drive E,it doesnt appear any different and they ask me to insert a disc into Drive E.I Need HELP!!!!

Is Drive E in your device manager?  If so, then check the properties of the driver and try updating it.  If its not there then the drive might not be connected properly.
