A Moderator told me to paste and copy my hijackthis log on here..i have 2 problems..

1. when i run my *spybot search and destroy* it always says *some problems couldn' be fixed; the reason could be that the associated files are still in use* (in memory)This could be fixed after a restart. May spybot- S&D run on your nect system startup?* I press yes to that message, but when i restart and run the spybot program, it says the same thing. it cant fix *Altnet - Settings:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altnet"

2. i can't uninstall Limewire. from Add or Remove programs. an message pops up saying *Internal Failure 0 error Number: 0x80040707 Description: (no description. Then it also says that *access is denied*

can anyone help me?

my hijackthis log.

i tried to untinstall Limewire from from *Add or Remove Programs* in safe mode but it just says "Error 1719. The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance" but in stanard mode when i try to uninstall it, it just says *Internal Failure 0 error Number: 0x80040707 Description: (no description. Then it also says that *access is denied* and there seems to be 2 different types of Limewire on the *Add or Remove Programs*

a different Moderator suggested that i check out *http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315346* for my Windows Installer problem (MSI) i tried the steps in that web site and none worked..

can anyone help?
