PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:W. ME
Problem Application Name & Version:W. Media Player 9.0
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:Must have internet connection


I have MSN internet access with DSL. Can't get WMP 9.0 to work. Keep getting error message to "set up internet connection".
Any Ideas on this?

Hi Ann
Make sure your computer has all the Critical Updates and Services Packs
In WMP under Tools>Options check the Network tab and make sure all the boxes are checked. Leave the "Use Port" box unchecked.
