Only 5 are ok the rest need to come out.
You need  to show Hidden files and folders...
Click Start and Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
 Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
 Click Yes to confirm.
 Click OK.

All these files that need to be deleted will be found in your C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder. This is all best done in safe mode.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following files before you try to delete them
:

Turn off your System Restore. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;%5BLN%5D;310405] See Here.Reinstate it and create an new restore point when your log is cleaned.Close your browser window and run hjt in safe mode... http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406?OpenDocument&src=sec_doc_nam] How To Run Safemode

No rush to do that as I am logging off now for 14 hours....Happy New Year

Just look for the files in you System32 folder and remove then from there..
