Running XP, SP2, ZoneAlarmPro, Norton Antivirus, Adaware and Spybot  -all current, live and active

Every time I start-up, a process appears called josh.exe and attempts to contact the internet every few seconds and just keeps trying (but gets blocked by the firewall)
Deleting the process has no bad effects that I have been able to see
Deleting the file and the process have no effect - it re-appears on start-up

Any ideas??
