ok i have a bigger problem now i waas able to get windows to repair install but then half way through the instalation it says Bad_Pool_Caller STOP:oxooooooc2 (oxooooooo7, oxooooocd4, oxoo34oo45, oxE13c7FFc)
and it stops the instalation.

It said to get rid or caoching and shadowing or something like that and get rid of BIOS. To do this it said to go through SAFE MODE which i tried but it said windows cannot boot up in SAFE MODE.

Please help me ASAP thanks a lot.

Hi tytheman12

This error is usually caused by software or drivers.
Enter your BIOS setup (hit <DEL> key during power up on most systems)
Check for the boot device sequence order and set to cdrom first, then floppy drive and then hard drive
Save and exit
Insert your WinXP installation CD and try booting off it
