I have WIN XP PRO SP2 and IE6, and I like to surf at few IE windows at once, 3 or 4. Now there are few sites that snap me back to them before I want to!! e.g. hotmail.com, walla.co.il.

How can I prevent this from happening?

It happens usually around the password-typing-time.

I dont know the answer, but it might have something to do with JavaScript stealing the focus, so disabling JS may help, but it would mean that a lot of interactivity would be lost and some sites may not work. The only surefire way I know of stopping it is to use only one Browser window at a time.

Well.. that's good enough, I'll disabled it and nothing appeared to be snapping anymore, although, as you said before, some sites doesn't work. But I'll deal with them Smiley

thx.
