I am not a MAC expert but from what I read, you will need a third party software to do this. I am not sure if Windows 9x/ME/2k has this built-in or as an add-on on the cd, so you should check. You can search Microsoft's Knowledged Base at http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/c.asp?fr=0&SD=GN&LN=EN-US.
I also came across this article http://www.fcw.com/fcw/articles/2001/0219/web-review-02-21-01.asp which is a third party solution.
