i'm having trouble with a radeon 9600 256 mb video card. i uninstalled the present drivers, made sure i was grounded, went into bios, and set it to 4x, (max,this card is suppose to work with 4x) it's agp too. when i boot my comp it get nothing on the monitor, the power button just flashes as if the computer is off. please don't tell me i blown my card some how....

Have your tried to set the Bios back to default settings?
