PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: XP
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Hi,
I've got several spyware problems.  My homepage keeps being hijacked to http://ms-find.com/sp.htm no matter how many times I've changed it and fixed it in HJT.  I've also got win min error everytime I shut down the PC.  Also my favorites folder keeps being populated with nasty sites.  I've ran Ad-aware, spybot, spyware doctor, CWShredder,  spyware eliminator and adware away but they keep coming back.

Please help!!! Thank you sooo much in advance for your help!!!!

Below is my HJT log:

Ok manz58...first Click Start|Run. Type 'Regedit' and press ENTER. The registry editor opens.

Before you edit the registry, you should make a backup.
On the 'Registry' menu, click 'Export Registry File'. In the 'Export range' panel, click 'All', then save your registry as Backup.

Now...

Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE entry:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
XPSP2 Firewall
<Windows folder>\System32\xpsp2fw.exe
and delete it if it exists.

Each user has a registry area named HKEY_USERS\[code number indicating user]\.
For each user locate the entry:
HKU\[code number]\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
Windows Update Client
<Windows folder>\System32\wuclient.exe
and delete it if it exists.

Close the registry editor

Re-run HJT and post back a fresh logfile.
