PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Windows ME...Norton Firewall Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Sometimes I see the firewall symbol blinking red and then I can do a visual tracking to see who has been trying to get into my computer.  But this morning, every time I click on it, it shows me that Deep Throat Trojan Horse has been trying, but from each of these locations, which I have never had so many before:   Poland, Russia, Mauritus, Mexico, New Jersey, etc., etc.  And it still goes on!  I scanned my computer for viruses and all is fine.  What would cause this many attacks all at once?  I've never had this before.  I don't know how to get rid of the red blinking thing on the firewall symbol.

Thanks.

Hi Gere...

Download Hijackthis Ver. 1.99---Important---Create a permanent folder
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
Download from here
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
here... Don't try and fix anything yet----most entries are harmless and needed.
