EDIT: Have you tried signing in to Hotmail for example using the same .NET Passport?

If you want any help, you better come up with some helpful information or you'll just be ignored for good, no matter how difficult your problems may be.
So first of all, be eloquent. Don't rattle everything you want to say into one long sentence. Break it down and make sure other people can understand it. Remember that this is not a txt based message board, where you're limited to 256 characters per message.

If you can't adhere to those easy to follow guidelines, I'm sorry but I don't want to help you.

Since msn and sympatico hooked up,the site is slower then molasses in January to get into hotmail, especially from about 2pm et on.My guess is way more traffic then they can handle. Some other sites were the same way but made some changes which improved surfing the site,,msn should wake up or they will lose members.

As has been said earlier.
If you can't give out a detailed description of your problems, then don't bother posting them at all.
We can't help you solve any problems, if we can't troubleshoot possible faults.

So I give you until Saturday 19th of February to do that and if nothing appears, I'll lock the thread.

Adding to that, if you care or not, as Wayne said three quarters of the time you cannot log into MSN, it's because MSN is down. Us pointing you to other programs (Trillian, GAIM, Miranda) at such time won't help either, as they all contact the same MSN servers, which are down.

So don't tell us we can't help you, go complain at Microsoft for help.

Well, since we haven't had a sensible report back from mr Prof100, then I see no reason to leave this thread open.
