Ok Lance ...

Download the program Killbox. Unzip it to it's own folder.
Run the program.
In the bottom right hand corner you will see a drop-down box labelled (System Process.)
Drop that down, and select the active process that is likely to be your main infection reloader.
In your case, that will be: vnktvfqa.exe
Once you have selected that file name, click the yellow triangle with the ! inside it to end that process.

Next, at the top of the window, use the folder icon to browse to: C:\windows\system32\vnktvfqa.exe
Press the red X button to delete that file.

Do this in regular mode first. If it does not work, try it in Safe Mode, except that the exe will probably not be running as a system process in safe mode, so all you will need to do is delete them.

Empty ALL your TEMP Files and RECYCLE BIN,re-run HJT and post back with the Logfile.

Ok Lance Symantec Security Response has developed a removal tool for Adware.Istbar.

Removing this adware component from the system will likely cause the program that installed it to not function as intended. The uninstaller generally identifies the programs that will not work after uninstallation.

Download the Uninstaller from here:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FxIstbar.exe

Follow the removal instructions here:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.istbar.html

Re-run HJT when your finished and Post back with a new logfile.
