Hello Colette .. Smiley

Can you Download Hijackthis Ver. 1.99---Important---Create a permanent folder
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
Download from here
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
here... Don't try and fix anything yet----most entries are harmless and needed.

Set Windows to show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

**(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)**

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

NETHM.EXE
tibs3.exe
sais.exe
cdgd.exe
NTQQ32.EXE
SchedulerV2.exe
rmwwa.exe

Turn off System Restore WinXP WinME. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

Hello Cactus.  I deleted the files. But the Deldomains went to notepad and would not open.  Suggestions?  I haven't seen website viewer in two days (since you've been helping me)

Let's try this again .. Lips Sealed

Download and run DELDOMAINS
Double click to open the DelDomains.inf.
To execute the file: right-click and Select 'Install' from the Menu.

Let it finish...

Post a fresh log when done.

The file is a ZIPPED file.
Use WinZip to open it...
I just D/L it to see..the .INF file is in the ZIP file...

Just unzip it to your Desktop and follow the instructions above.

Post back if you have any problems.
If the file runs ok...
Re-run HJT and post back with the logfile.

Sorry.  I'm the problem child now.  I don't have Winzip.  When I open the file I have to extract it and that's when it shows up as a notepad file.
