PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: win2k
Problem Application Name & Version: N/A
Problem Hardware Make & Model: N/A
Error Messages: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I cannot shutdown my computer. The computer begins to shutdown, goes through the Save Settings process, then the Blue Screen pops up with numbers like "0x00009F (0x000100.......)...etc" and the statement: "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE". I downloaded Sigverif.exe and now have a LONG list of signed and unsigned drivers. What next? Or is there any other way to isolate the goofy driver? Thanks!

Try this site:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=246243&sd=RMVP

And if you do a web search for DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, lots of advice will come up. It looks tedious but also looks like the only way.
