PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: WinXP Home SP2
Problem Application Name & Version: WebSiteViewer/TIBS42 Dialer
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



No matter how many times I try to delete the "WebSiteViwer" folder and it's contents in "C:\Program Files\WebSiteViewer" it keeps coming back. Futher, it keeps trying to dial unto a website. A new connection has been placed in network connections, TIBS42. I've tried everything I know how to do before I came to you guys. Here's my HJT log:

Hi and Welcome
It may help you if you print out or copy this page for easy reference.. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order its listed. Please Keep your browser and all open programs closed (except firewalls and antivirus) when you are carrying out the fixes.


Turn off System Restore instructions (WinXP)
Rightclick My Computer | Properties | System Restore | check
