PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:

Can you help me too please? I cannot see the elite files in Windows or Windows/System32, except in DOS. Even with the Show All and Show Hidden System Files, they do not show up even in Safe Mode.

Never mind. I found an answer elsewhere. For anyone else who isn't having any luck getting rid of this, this is what finally worked for me.
