PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



I am using Windows Me. After listening to a MP3 a for a minute or so I receive a blue screen error. The error is error:0D:FFFF:00010000. If someone could please help I would greatly appreciate it.

what application are you using when listening to MP3's? As well could you tell us what operating system you are using? Thanks

I am using Windows Me as my operating system. I use Windows Media Player to play all my music files (MP3, Wave, or Midi). Thank you for your help.

Have you tried reinstalling windows media player? If not can you give it a try.
