Okay ... I again ask what else do I need to do.  I am back at my original question from the very beginning.  I ran a scan of my system with a registry cleaner and I still have 47 ActiveX errors, I cannot create a restore point, Internet Explorer will not all me to access a secure site (Such as my Bank, etc ...  Back to square 1, any help on how I can get my system back on track?  Thanx for all your help thus far.

Before we start suggesting various ways of working on this problem, could you please take us through a step by step description on what you did prior to this problem hitting your system?
Possible change of hardware!
Possible installed software!
Possible upgraded/updated software/drivers/firmware etc!
Cleaning of registry? If yes, then how and with which programs?

The lowdown on your system in full.
By that I mean hardware specs and drivers installed for said hardware.
Motherboard, hard drives, optical drives, graphics card(s), soundcard(s), network cards or whatever else you can think of. Don't leave anything out, as one corrupt device can possibly cause other things to malfunction.

Please take your time in noting whatever you feel is important.

Good evening.  That's okay.  I think I'll purchase some software on the market to work out the bugs.  I don't want to spend another week on this. Thanx for your assistance.
