Problem Application Name & Version: Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 6.1
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

I recently got a new computer with the sound card in it.  It does not come with speakers so I used my old speakers.  I do not recieve sound. Everything is hooked up properly and the drivers and card are installed properly.

Now when I turn "Digital Output Only" on...I can hear sound but very terrible hissing sound. When I turn it sound at all. Any help would be much appreciated

Simplest question first: Did you make sure you connected the speakers to the correct line in/out on the back of the card?

Use this PDF file, which is your Audigy 2 manual, to know how to connect things correctly.
