Error Messages:The Page Cannot Be Displayed

I installed a cable modem on my laptop and it messed up my internet connection so I uninstalled it. Now when I try to connect using AOL, I can use the AOL services (mail, chat, etc...) but I cannot view webpages on AOL or my Internet Explorer (v. 6.0). What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

I am not familiar with AOL connection settings but if you changed them, you will need to change them back. If you don't know what your settings were, I suggest you try re-installing AOL which should reconfigure your connection settings.
