Error Messages: Duplicate accounts?

This is more of an annoyance then an damaging problem but annoying none the less. I have 5 e-mail accounts setup in my Outlook 2003.
1 for work (default) 3 comcast accounts, and 1 Gmail account. doing a send/reciev with details showing should show 10 tasks, but sometimes it shows as many as 30. I don't really care one way or another except that with my work account I have recieve reciepts enabled and that ends up sending up to 3 reciepts for each message I get in my work account, which also annoys my boss, other co-workers and clients. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
