PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:rh 9
Hello friends
I have already running rh9 and apache server
but i am unable to start virtual hosting
have any  one worked on it
i am focusing on ipbased
see my server ip is 192.165.156.20
i make a alias 192.165.156.22
and add up virtual host in my httpd.conf

 but when ever i try to give my 192.165.156.22
it shows the default page of 192.165.156.20
i think you got me
my default server name (192.165.156.20 ) is myserver.com
and my ip based virtual server name is another.com
could any one suggest me

just a min i had tried dig but failed

or if you had tried name based then kindly let me know

Hi Alok,

Sorry I havn't posted in a while... been busy with other things.

Can you post your httpd.conf file. We can then look and see what is going on.

Did you get your ftp going yet?

just a note while were waiting for the httpd.conf, don't use ftp use sftp instead it is much more secure
