So you don't feel neglected, I have been looking into your problem, but since neither I nor any friends use Outlook or Outlook Express anymore, I can't check it for you.

The question I do have for you is if this PC is in a network, behind a firewall or more likely behind an email server?

If you can stand the heat you can ask the same thing in the PC Format Forums Tech Support. And if they give you any problem, just tell them that Jord will pounce them on their heads for giving stupid answers (like "Get Thunderbird!") Wink
